Sad, sad news

I found out this week that one of my friend lost her mother to cancer. Although all of her family and friends kept going to see her and pray for her well being, this ugly disease once again took someone that we cherish, admire and love.

To the family, Mario, Sylvie, Marc and Chantal as well as Reggie, my prayers are with you and my sincere condolences. As always, I'm just a phone call away if I can help in any way possible.

Cancer strikes yet too many times and our wonderful government should probably do something about it. If only they were investing for the lives of Canadian people by funding cancer research instead of investing into foreign countries. The Cancer research always has to fight for more money. There is no cure without it - period!!! Why is it that our elected do not take this more seriously... I guess this is the unanswered question of the century.

New website

Well after popular requests, I finally gave in and created a website for all to see. It is loaded with links, information, videos, survivors stories... and more.

As time permits I intend to load more pages of information and valuable links. In the interim, please check it out : http://micheleo.sitegoz.com/

I currently support Pancreatic Cancer Canada as I find that they are the only ones fighting for the cause and they need your support for donations to help bring the research funding to new levels.

To accommodate that, I have put a link "donate" on every pages of my site that will bring you to their website secure page. Once there, all you have to do is fill in very basic information and that will bring you to a Paypal page.

We cannot fight this cause in silence and I invite anyone to email me their story so I can then add it to my website.

To all, I say a big thank you for helping out.

God I hate waiting on people...

Dang... waiting for results and more testing. This has been a looooooong journey and I'm so anxious to resume to a normal life.

As some of you probably know, I failed my breathing test. (there won't be a second). My doctors are trying to sort out the breathing problem. It may be pills or it may be my condition.

I have to get a HPB monitor for 24 hours to find out my peaks and valleys. From that they can adjust my meds and/or follow another course of action to make me better.
