Time... such a precious factor in life

...Finally all the tests are in and today I've resume to my GEM*Chemo. My white cell count is acceptable but they had to reduce the dosage by yet another 10%. If this goes on, they might only give me saline water (lol - still have a sense of humor).

Today I met a fellow whom had the Distal Pancreatectomy similar to what I had. They (the couple) reminded me of how Sylvie and I felt with my initial diagnostic, full of questions with unanswered piece of a huge puzzle. This sort of re-affirmed me of how good I am in my 8Th months after surgery and how much I have learned about this ugly cancer (all things considered). I certainly wish them the best.

So after meeting with my oncologist on Monday, I found out I cannot get my arthroscopic surgery for my knee until all my treatments are done.

I'm now on Wellbutrin (same as Zieban) to help me kick the smoking habit. Hopefully this works.

Tis for now/ciao/mlb
